    Who am I?

Hi, I'm Andrea Estacion.  A credentialed teacher, homeschool mom and certified pediatric sleep consultant.  As a mother of two, I understand the challenges you face.  So many obstacles come our way as new parents, and the one that seems to stand out above them all, sleep... or should I say, the lack of it.

As an educator, I have spent my life fostering young minds.  But once I became a mother, it became evident that world of parenting was quite different than a classroom... especially when raising a baby.  New challenges came to surface every day.  Things that I thought would come naturally, like nursing or putting a baby down to sleep at night, quickly became a daily struggle.

For the past 10 years I have pursued an additional field of education.  One that combines my passion as teacher as well as a mother.  Incorporating evidence-based case studies and expert advice, I teach parents like you the fundamentals of infant sleep and how to help your baby sleep through the night. Let me work one-on-one with you.  I can share with you the valuable tools it takes to teach your little one how to fall asleep (and stay asleep) all on their own!

    My Story

Becoming a mother was something I had dreamed of for a very long time. I couldn’t wait to hold my baby’s tiny hands, see those sweet smiles, and snuggle up close during those quiet moments. I stepped into motherhood with high hopes, believing that any challenges would naturally work themselves out in time.  But reality had other plans...

Instead of getting easier, things began to take a turn—especially at night. Sleep started to become a constant struggle. No matter what I tried, my sweet baby boy just wouldn’t sleep unless I was holding, rocking, or feeding him for hours. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and completely unsure of what to do next.

That’s when my journey into the world of sleep training began.

I dove into books, connected with fellow moms and nurse friends, and began learning everything I could about infant sleep.

Through a lot of trial and error, I discovered what worked for my son—and finally experienced our first full night of sleep.

By the time my second baby arrived, I had a plan and more realistic expectations. We started sleep training early, and within three nights, he was sleeping through the night—and has been an amazing sleeper ever since.

As I shared my story and the strategies that worked for me, other moms started reaching out for help. I realized just how many parents were facing the same struggles, and how powerful sleep education can be. I knew I wanted to do more.

That’s why I pursued training through a trusted and respected certification program—so I could offer safe, effective, science-backed sleep solutions to families who need support, just like I once did.

Now, it’s my joy and mission to help families reclaim their rest and find peace in the parenting journey.
